The Lornic Design Auxiliary Head Burner is designed to provide an additional 800,000 btuh of heat, concentrated around the head of the hog carcass for an optimum head singe.  Mounted in front of and / or after an existing hog singer, the burner is designed to utilize the flame safety system and combustion air fan of the existing singer.  Optional stand alone flame safety and controls are available for an additional cost.
All stainless steel construction (including the burner nozzles) and heavy-duty construction will assure years of reliable service.
